Dr. Newman received a doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and is a registered psychologist in the province of British Columbia, Canada. She brings over 20 years of experience having coached, trained, spoken and taught in Canada, the United States and South Africa.
She was the Vancouver Sun’s workplace columnist, and a regular on CBC radio’s The Early Edition covering workplace psychology. She is holder of the 2008, Practice of the Profession Award from the British Columbia Psychological Association.
